No screws or nails, jut wooden dowels

So, first project in furniture making from scratch.

Patchwork and quiting

A Very hungry Caterpillar story-time bag.

A patchwork quilt made from even width strips of fabric.

Hem the strips and then weave them to create an even square pattern.
All edges hand stitched to keep the design in place.
Patchwork laid over wadding and sewn onto a duvet cover so that a
second quilt can be inserted to give added warmth in the winter months.

How to make patchwork:

Here's how by Angharad Jones.
